On Friday, May 19, Sardi's Peruvian Chicken hosted a well-attended launch party to showcase our new brand, website (SardisChicken.com), and flagship location in Clinton, Maryland.
The event was a hit with both long-time Sardi's enthusiasts and newcomers. The new flagship location perfectly embodied the restaurant's updated branding, and attendees were treated to an array of exciting giveaways, including promotional backpacks, hats, durable reusable souvenir cups, branded magnets, and lanyards. Representatives from Coca-Cola were also in attendance, offering guests a chance to win corn hole boards and taste test various beverages.
The event's incredible success spoke volumes about the public's enthusiasm for Sardi's and its new direction. Founded by cousins Phil E. Sardelis and Phil G. Sardelis, Sardi's is renowned for its authentic Peruvian recipes and unforgettable dining experiences. With a total of 15 locations across Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania, Sardi's has become a culinary destination.

Over the next few months, Sardi's will be rolling out its rebrand to additional locations, giving each one a modernized and elevated atmosphere. Customers can expect to see new colors, graphics, and signage that showcase the upscale look and feel of the new Sardi’s brand.
